Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time remote California Litigation Staff Lawyer to assist in our Litigation department. Must know California Personal Injury Law and State nuances. Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish). Your day-to-day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to continue your career and grow! OUR REQUIREMENTS: Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery 3+ years in California PERSONAL INJURY experience Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process Drafting Discovery Responses Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses Calendaring litigation timelines Conducting status update calls with clients Client update calls Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests Assist in trial preparation.
