Requirements

call center, customer service, or similar roles

Clear verbal communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong time-management and reliability.
Professional fluency in the required working language (English or Spanish, depending on assignment).
