Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, assist with transactions, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Provide accurate information regarding our real estate and mortgage services Assist customers with the application process and documentation Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes Proficiency in basic computer applications and phone systems Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
