👥 About the Client

Our client partner designs flexible, lightweight first-walker shoes for babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 3 years. Engineered to support natural foot development, their footwear features a wide toe box for balance, soft, breathable uppers for everyday comfort, and machine-washable durability built for daycare and playtime adventures.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for the role should have the following:

• Bilingual Fluency (Essential): Near-native written French and English proficiency
• 3PL & E-Commerce Operations: Strong operational grasp of warehouse fulfillment processes, including placing order holds, updating shipping addresses, and editing line items before dispatch cutoffs.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Direct, hands-on experience using Gorgias (ticketing/CRM), Shopify (backend order management), and Redo (returns portal) or any related CRM tools.

✅ What you will do:

• Deliver empathetic support: Provide warm, patient, and non-robotic customer service tailored to parents buying shoes for toddlers.
• Prioritize urgent tickets: Manually scan and triage ticket queues to resolve time-sensitive order modifications before daily warehouse cutoffs.
• Handle digital channels: Manage email, ticketing queues, and social media messages/comments (no phone/voice support required).
• Handle customer interactions on phone, email, and chat
• Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance KPIs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Take ownership of customer concerns through to resolution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

💻 Technical Requirements (BYOD)

• Laptop (No Chromebook or Linux OS)
• 8 GB RAM
• Minimum Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent
• Windows or Mac operating system
• High-speed wired internet connection of between 30-50 Mbps
• Quiet and dedicated workspace suitable for remote work

• 100% Remote position
• Schedule availability: 5 days/week, Monday–Friday.
