Byah.pk is a Lahore-based online wedding venue directory. We help families find and compare marriage halls and marquees.

What you'll do

You'll call venue owners and managers across Lahore to collect and confirm listing details such as capacity, pricing, booking terms, amenities, and availability.

Day to day:

• Make outbound calls to venue owners and managers
• Ask clear questions and record exactly what you're told
• Enter details into our admin system accurately, on the same day
• Review existing listings and correct anything outdated
• Flag anything you couldn't confirm, rather than filling in the gap
• Occasionally visit venues in person when an owner prefers to meet rather than talk on the phone.

What we're looking for

• Strong verbal communication, with clear spoken Urdu (English is a plus)
• Confident phone manner and a professional tone
• Active listening and the ability to ask precise follow-up questions
• High attention to detail with numbers, names, and written records
• Comfortable with a browser-based admin panel and accurate data entry
• Organised, reliable, and able to complete assigned work the same day
• Based in Lahore and able to travel within the city for occasional venue visits

Prior customer-facing, admin, or phone-based work is a plus but not required. We provide training. Fresh graduates and students are welcome if they can commit to the schedule.

Details

• Contract: 6-12 months
• Monday–[Friday/Saturday], 9 AM – 6 PM
• Remote, with occasional venue visits in Lahore
• Travel expenses for venue visits: reimbursed / covered
