Our client Flowtel Networks is looking for Call Center Sales Representative in Lahore.  Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact between our company and potential customers, effectively utilizing sales skills to promote and sell our products or services. As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and manage inbound calls from interested parties. - Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services to prospective customers. - Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns. - Accurately record customer information and sales interactions in the CRM system. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals. - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. - Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and learn about product offerings. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
