We work for a just society where all migrants enjoy decent living and working conditions.

Purpose and Scope of Work

ARM seeks a medical insurance provider to provide comprehensive healthcare coverage and reliable support to employees and eligible dependents. Required Healthcare Coverage

The proposed healthcare programme should include:

  • Doctors’ visits: 100% coverage, including psychiatric consultations.

  • Prescription medications: 100% coverage for eligible medications.

  • Dental services: Coverage specifying the annual ceiling, reimbursement percentage, and eligible treatments.

  • Optical services: Coverage specifying the annual ceiling, reimbursement percentage, and eligibility for eye examinations, prescription glasses, and contact lenses.

  • International health coverage: Coverage on a reimbursement basis, with clear geographical limits, eligibility conditions, and reimbursement procedures.

The proposal must clearly state the coverage available for each age bracket and insurance class, including all ceilings, deductibles, co-payments, exclusions, waiting periods, and network restrictions.
