Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Call Sales Agent / Coordinator. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, providing information about Lingua Learn’s language programs and franchise services, and guiding leads through the sales process. The Call Sales Agent / Coordinator will qualify leads, schedule consultations or follow-up calls, update CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, supporting sales campaigns, following up on warm leads, and providing clear, professional communication that reflects the Lingua Learn brand. The role requires consistent availability during agreed shifts, accurate documentation of interactions, and proactive coordination to help meet enrollment and franchise growth targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle calls professionally and respond clearly to diverse client needs.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead qualification, follow-up, and call-based conversion techniques.
• Candidates should possess Insurance or similar service-industry experience, demonstrating comfort with explaining service packages, terms, and benefits over the phone.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to understand and relay information about language courses, onboarding processes, and support resources.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in call centers or tele-sales, familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry, reliable internet connectivity and a quiet remote workspace, strong organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
