Calling All Sales Closers! B2B Outbound Sales Specialist

Job description:

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to CEOs, business owners, and key decision-makers to introduce products and services and generate sales opportunities.
• Build rapport with prospects, identify their needs, and communicate the value of the company’s products or services.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally to move prospects through the sales process.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who were unable to answer or require additional information.
• Research and gather key information about prospects and businesses to support effective sales conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect information, call outcomes, and follow-up activities.
• Update trackers and sales records to monitor completed calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Organize and maintain digital files and relevant sales documents.
• Coordinate with the team regarding qualified leads, pending follow-ups, and other sales-related tasks.
• Meet assigned daily call, lead generation, and sales activity targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking with CEOs and business decision-makers.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, B2B sales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
• Good email handling and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and high-volume outbound calls.
• Willing to work a graveyard/night shift.
