Campaign Executive

Salt Talent Search is looking for Merchant Onboarding Specialist for a 12 month extendable contract role

What Do You Need:

• Plan and execute campaign mechanics such as seller missions, ranking competitions, and lives stream tools to drive seller and creator participation during ecommerce sales periods
• Manage campaign configurations including budgets, vouchers, and promotional tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure in-app resources and seller communications are ready ahead of campaign launches
• Independent and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership for projects
• Present key platform projects and handle daily or ad hoc tasks assigned by the Acquisition/Incubation Manager
• Possess a Bachelor's degree, Polytechnic Diploma or tertiary education degree, with a specialization

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with2 to 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, brand management, or seller support.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, livestreaming, and video content.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to stay organized and deliver results under pressure.
• Basic design skills, comfortable using Canva or Figma, and able to create short videos.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential
