- Review submitted onboarding data in Notion to verify all required fields are filled, flagging missing or incorrect information.
- Resolve missing data, system errors, and failed automations to prepare accounts for a successful launch.
- Customize established templates for landing pages, image ads, video ads, and Meta captions according to client specifics.
- Audit and quality-check AI-generated creatives, copy, targeting parameters, and campaign settings to catch and correct mistakes prior to launch.
- Accurately launch campaigns on time adhering strictly to company SOPs, trainings, and checklists.
- Execute and verify client campaign or targeting change requests throughout the account lifecycle.
- Keep Notion database entries current and accurately maintained.
- Identify, correct, and report fulfillment errors, platform issues, or tool failures.
- Participate in daily check-ins, weekly reporting, and team meetings.
- Collaborate with internal support resources, including the Head of Tech, to troubleshoot software and workflow issues.
