Job Type: Part-time/Internship/Full-time

Location: Remote & Hybrid (candidates must be based in Japan)

Open to: Undergraduate students currently studying in Japan

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and scheduling of campaigns
• Coordinate with the content, design and sales teams to meet deadlines
• Monitor campaign progress, budgets and results
• Prepare simple campaign reports and summaries
• Keep campaign data and records organized

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Japan (business, marketing, communications or a related field preferred) or 1 year Experience in relevant role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Comfortable Google Sheets and presentations
• Strong written communication in English
