Key Responsibilities Provide clients with a white glove experience by leading campaign implementation, managing communication, and ensuring they feel fully informed. Serve as the primary point of contact between record label clients and internal Spotify teams for the delivery of HPTO campaigns. Coordinate campaign production by collaborating with internal/external partners, sellers, and clients, managing timelines, reviews, and asset delivery. Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates. Manage and coordinate a remote team of 2–4 FTEs located in different time zones. Oversee campaign implementation, management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ensure accurate trafficking instructions for seamless campaign execution. Provide Tech Ops support for LATAM campaign operations by troubleshooting budget, line item, creative, trafficking, and delivery-related issues. Centralize, categorize, and report Tech Ops requests to improve visibility, support analyst self-service, and reduce repetitive escalations to Spotify stakeholders. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience with paid media campaigns. Experience interfacing with high-caliber clients and translating their needs to Paid Media Teams. QA and troubleshoot ad assets (attribution, creative specs) for platform approvals. Knowledge of Spotify music ads formats, processes, and platforms (Spotify Ad Studio, Attribution, CREMA). -Considered a plus Monitor performance and apply optimizations to maximize ROI. Production/project management experience with deep knowledge of ad production processes. Experience troubleshooting paid media campaign setup issues, including budgets, line items, creatives, trafficking instructions, and delivery discrepancies. Ability to organize, categorize, and report operational support requests to identify trends and reduce repetitive escalations. Strong understanding of campaign operations, issue triage, and analyst support workflows.
