Product Marketing Lead

Location: San Francisco Bay Area - 3-5 days in office

About FullEnrich:

Every go-to-market motion runs on data, but no single provider has ever had complete coverage. We solve that problem: instead of relying on a single data source, we orchestrate 20+ premium providers around the world, automatically querying them and verifying data in real-time until we find the best available contact information. The result is industry-leading coverage and data quality, helping sales and GTM teams connect with the right people faster.

What started as a better way to find emails and phone numbers has grown into a broader vision: becoming the trusted GTM data infrastructure layer powering modern revenue teams and AI agents. Today, more than 6,000 customers, including companies like AWS, Deel, HubSpot, Clay, Intercom, Unify, and Artisan, trust us to power their prospecting and enrichment.

Founded in Paris and now headquartered in San Francisco, we're a team of 50+ people across the US, Europe, LATAM, and Israel, growing quickly and building with speed, ownership, and ambition. That's where you come in.

The Role:

You'll be joining as our Campaigns & Launches Lead, reporting directly to our CMO.

We're looking for a hands-on B2B marketer who combines strong product marketing instincts with the creativity and execution skills to turn product launches and customer insights into campaigns that drive measurable growth.

"We find emails and phone numbers" is carrying FullEnrich to 3x growth this year. A message for everyone mostly reaches the people who are easiest to reach, and those are small teams. Sales and RevOps leaders at companies with 50+ employees need to hear something written for them, in the places they actually spend time. We also ship products faster than we market it: new features go out as a changelog line when they should go out as a launch with a number behind it.

You fix both. You'll own FullEnrich's campaign calendar: one campaign a month, each built around one idea for one audience, with an offer, an asset kit, a channel plan and a single number it has to move. Some campaigns launch what product ships. Some go after a persona we want more of. Some relaunch features our customers would love if they knew they existed.

You won't start from a blank page. For every launch, Product hands you a brief: what it does, how it works, how it compares, what customers say about it and a recommended positioning. You own everything after that: the market positioning and messaging, the offer, the launch kit and the campaign that carries it. You'll run campaigns through engines that already exist and reach millions of people every month: a program of 100+ creators, paid media, lifecycle, events, our website and our sales team. You own the campaigns, not the channels.

Campaigns are the job. Product marketing is the craft you do it with. Call it a major in campaigns and a minor in product marketing: you can write, you build the first version of every asset yourself, and you're at your best when a campaign has a number attached.

This is an individual contributor role, and the next campaign will be waiting for you on day one. We're also hiring a Product Marketer inside the Product team who will own competitive research and the launch brief. Until they join, you'll work directly with our Product Managers, with the CMO as the bridge.

What You'll Do:

Campaigns

  • Own the campaign calendar: one campaign a month, planned a quarter ahead with the CMO and the channel owners.

  • Design every campaign from the audience and the insight, not the channel: one idea, one offer, one primary metric, a channel plan, an asset kit and a timeline, all on a one-page brief.

  • Run each campaign end to end through our existing engines (creators, paid, lifecycle, events, website, sales), then write the readout: what it produced, what we learned, and whether we scale it, keep it or kill it.

  • Own campaign-level qualified signup targets and forecasts for each priority persona, starting with sales and RevOps leaders, set with the CMO and partnering with the Head of Growth Marketing.

Launches and relaunches

  • Own the launch calendar and tiering with product, and run every tier-one and tier-two launch end to end.

  • Partner with Product to ensure every launch has a clear, actionable brief, then translate product positioning into compelling audience-specific messaging and go-to-market campaigns. Build the launch kit: messaging, offer, assets and sales lines, with product's enablement material (what it does, how it compares) inside it. One kit, one owner, so sales, support and success hear one story.

  • Audit what we already ship, pick the under-marketed features that deserve a relaunch, attach a number to each and run them. Reverse lookup, personal emails and our AI platform integrations are first in line.

Messaging and offers

  • Keep a persona page current for each priority persona: research, message, proof and vocabulary drawn from customer calls and product data.

  • Design the offer behind each campaign: bundles, launch offers, how our plans show up in a campaign. Product owns plans and pricing; you recommend how to package them.

  • Write the copy: landing pages, ad units, creator briefs, lifecycle emails, video scripts, webinar outlines. You build version one yourself, with design for the rest.

  • Keep the messaging source code (persona pages, proof library, sound bites) current in Notion, so creators, paid, lifecycle, web and sales can produce persona-specific assets without routing through you.

How you'll work

  • Work with the Creator Program Lead, Head of Growth Marketing, lifecycle, events, design, product growth, product and sales. They own the channels; you own the campaigns that run through them.

  • Measure every campaign on one primary metric, set in its brief: qualified signups for persona campaigns, and launch-attributed signups or feature active users for launches.

  • Until the product-side product marketer joins, work with our product managers directly on each brief, and help set the standard for what a complete brief looks like.

Speed matters. You'll finish your audit in the first two weeks, have your first campaign live by the end of month one, and see campaign-sourced qualified signups by month two.

What Success Looks Like:

By 3 months

  • You've audited the launch pipeline, the campaign calendar, the persona pages and the under-marketed features, and set priorities with the CMO.

  • Your first campaign has shipped with a brief, a number and a readout, and the calendar is set for the next quarter.

  • The product brief has a definition of done agreed with product, and the first launch has run through it.

  • Campaign-sourced qualified signups from sales and RevOps personas show up in the weekly scorecard.

By 6 months

  • A campaign has shipped every month, each with a readout and a scale, keep or kill decision.

  • At least two launches and one relaunch have run end to end against a number, and the launch kit is how sales, support and success learn what we ship.

  • Channel owners build persona assets from your source code without routing through you.

  • Your forecast of campaign-sourced qualified signups is within 20% of actuals.

By 12 months

  • Campaigns are a predictable, forecastable source of qualified signups from sales and RevOps leaders, with a growing share from companies with 50+ employees.

  • Every launch follows the same path: brief, positioning, kit, campaign, readout. Product plans launches with you a quarter ahead.

  • Our messaging is distinct by persona, and sales and RevOps leaders can say what FullEnrich stands for, not just what it finds.

  • One of your campaigns is the one people in the market bring up when they mention FullEnrich.

What We're Looking For:

  • You've owned integrated campaigns end to end in B2B SaaS, with a signup or pipeline number, and you can tell us the target, the actual and the one you missed.

  • Product marketing fluency: you've turned a product brief into positioning, messaging and an offer, and you've launched products with a target attached.

  • You start from the audience and the insight, not the channel, and there's a campaign people remember you for.

  • You write short and specific. Copy you wrote shipped as ads, landing pages and emails, and lines you wrote ended up in sales calls.

  • You make things yourself: landing pages, ad copy, briefs, video scripts, webinars. AI-native by default, without lowering the quality bar.

  • Deep knowledge of the sales and RevOps buyer: their stack, their vocabulary, their objections and who they listen to.

  • Analytical by habit: one metric per campaign, a forecast you stand behind, cost per qualified signup, honest readouts.

  • You orchestrate without owning: you've run campaigns through channel owners, agencies and creators who don't report to you, with several in flight at once.

  • Comfortable in a setup that is still being built: the brief process and your product-side counterpart come together while you're already running campaigns.

Nice to Haves

  • A background in salestech, RevOps tooling, data enrichment or GTM data.

  • Experience in both a product-led and a sales-led motion.

  • Creative direction for short-form product video, which more of our campaigns are built on.

  • Fluency in French.

The Hiring Process:

  • Intro to FullEnrich with our Talent Team (30 min) – A chance to learn more about you, introduce FullEnrich and the role, and explore whether there's a mutual fit.

  • Meet with our CMO (45 min) – The campaigns you've owned, the numbers behind them and how you work.

  • References – Two, including a former manager.

Benefits:

Access to a full suite of voluntary benefits through our benefits platform including:
