Campus Programs Coordinator

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive Campus Programs Coordinator to support Prembly’s campus channels and drive business growth. In this role, you will serve as a link between Prembly and the student community, helping to drive product education and awareness, organise campus activities, and encourage product adoption. You will also gather student feedback and share insights that help us better understand product adoption. Job Type: Contract Job Location: Hybrid (Nigeria) Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage campus-led programs and initiatives Develop strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement Recruit, onboard, and train ambassadors, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, messaging, and resources needed to represent the company Facilitate virtual and physical events and engagements within campuses Project management activities with all internal and external stakeholders Set clear performance expectations and track key program metrics, including sign-ups, activations, referrals, engagement, events, and other relevant growth metrics Gather feedback and insights to inform internal product, marketing, and community growth strategies Prepare regular reports on program performance, key learnings, challenges, and opportunities for growth Qualifications: Project Management experience is highly desirable Experience planning and executing a Campus Ambassadors Program or similar community/growth initiatives is a plus Experience managing diverse stakeholders or working in growth, marketing, or community roles. Ability to organise data, track key performance metrics, and produce clear reports. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, organised, and eager to learn.
