What you'll bring
You're a student with a passion for connecting people with opportunities. You bring energy and a genuine interest in employer branding and campus engagement. You're curious, collaborative, and a clear communicator — someone who thinks creatively and tackles complex problems head on.
- A talent for storytelling — you translate culture and experiences into narratives that resonate with students.
- Strong organisation skills and the confidence to think on your feet when plans shift.
- A connector who puts people first — comfortable engaging with students, leaders, and external partners.
- A genuine DEI mindset — you think about representation and belonging, making every student feel seen.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook — an understanding of WeChat is a plus.
- A curiosity about AI tools — you're open to using them to automate tasks, adopt new ways of working, and take responsibility for the outputs you produce.
What you'll build
You'll help bring SAP's employer brand to life across campuses in the region, shaping how students discover and experience SAP. Your work will directly influence their first steps with us.
- Plan and deliver campus events — career fairs, open days, student visits, and branded experiences.
- Coordinate campus ambassadors, manage logistics, and ensure all materials are on-brand for every event.
- Build relationships with university career centres, faculty, and student organisations to keep SAP visible.
- Represent SAP as a peer — share authentic stories and help students picture a career here.
- Contribute to global employer branding campaigns that attract early talent across regions.
Where you belong
You'll join the Global Branding team — a diverse, collaborative group with a shared mission to engage the next generation of talent. You'll be mentored by the Campus Lead and surrounded by colleagues who value learning, feedback, and fresh thinking. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programmes, and peers. Your identity and lived experience don't just belong here — they make our work better.
