Requirements
What We Look For
This is a general pool, so exact requirements vary by role. Here's what tends to make a candidate stand out across the board:
- Based in Latin America, excited to work remotely with US-based teams
- Strong English communication, written and spoken — most of our roles need at least a B2 level, and client-facing roles require C1+
- Professional experience in one or more of:
- Tech & Engineering (Development, SRE, Technical Support, QA)
- Marketing (Digital, Paid Ads, Content, SEO)
- Sales (SDR, Account Executive, Closing)
- Design & Creative (Product, Graphic, Brand)
- Customer Success (Support, CSM, Virtual Assistance)
- Operations & Admin (Executive Assistance, Ops, Finance & Accounting)
- Organized, reliable, and proactive — someone who follows through without needing to be chased
- Prior experience working with US-based companies is a plus, not a requirement
