Role Description The Cap Cut Video Editor is a full-time hybrid role based in Athens, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, you will edit and assemble video content using Cap Cut, optimize footage for social media and digital platforms, and apply transitions, effects, and sound to create engaging stories. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams on concepts, refining video assets to meet brand and campaign objectives, and adapting content to various formats and aspect ratios. You will manage project timelines, maintain organized asset libraries, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and platform specifications.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in video production and video editing, particularly using Cap Cut and similar tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in video color grading and graphics to enhance visual quality and brand consistency.
• Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics to create dynamic elements, titles, and overlays for digital content.
• Experience optimizing short-form content for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) is beneficial.
• Ability to follow creative briefs, work within brand guidelines, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with storytelling principles and basic sound design is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in video editing or a portfolio showcasing Cap Cut or similar work is preferred.
