Card IT Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Card IT Manager to own the technical delivery of our card products. You will be directly in charge of the cards backlog and a dedicated engineering team, acting as the product owner for everything card-related from processor integrations to feature delivery. You will report to the CPO, who oversees the function at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities: Own and prioritize the cards technical backlog end to end Lead and manage a dedicated card engineering/development team Act as product manager for the card platform — roadmap, requirements, delivery Design and maintain integrations with card processors and card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) Manage APIs and services connecting cards, wallets, and the trading platform Translate business and compliance requirements into technical specifications Coordinate with Card Operations on issuance, transactions, and reconciliation flows Ensure platform security and compliance (PCI DSS, data protection) at the technical level Oversee testing, deployment, and monitoring of card systems Manage incident response and resolution for card-related technical issues Report delivery status, risks, and technical metrics to management Requirements: Strong technical background in payments, card processing, or fintech systems Experience managing engineering teams and technical backlogs Understanding of card scheme integrations, APIs, and payment infrastructure; Knowledge of PCI DSS and secure development practices Experience in fintech, banking, or payment platforms (forex/CFD brokerage experience preferred) Strong ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving mindset What We Offer: Fully remote role Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 Visa sponsorship and medical insurance from week one (Dubai Office only) Career growth opportunities within a fast-scaling fintech environment Participation in international events, meet-ups and business trips to our global offices
