Position Purpose
The Card Program Administrator will perform the day-to-day program administration tasks of the company’s Purchasing Card (P-Card), Travel Card and Fuel Card programs. This role will act as the liaison between the card vendors and cardholders, processing all requests in a timely and professional manner. This role will work closely with the external vendor partnership as well as internally with AP, Supply Chain and Asset Management departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Monitor card email inbox daily for requests and inquiries.
Review new card applications and process requests from internal customers.
Provide assistance with training materials and compliance reporting.
Facilitate past due notification process.
Process any special temporary authorization requests.
Participate in various special projects.
This position must sit at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL
Minimum Qualifications:
PCPC preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Review new card applications and process requests from internal customers.
• Provide assistance with training materials and compliance reporting.
• Facilitate past due notification process.
• Process any special temporary authorization requests.
• Participate in various special projects.
• Organizes, plans, and manages time effectively to complete assignments.
• Completes mandatory training and courses required by completion date.
• Reports questionable situations, concerns, complaints or harassment immediately.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
License or Certification:
• PCPC preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study preferred.
