Compensation: $25.00- $31.00 per hour

This role plays an important part in maintaining and supporting Mission Fed's ATM network, ensuring our members have reliable access to banking services whenever and wherever they need them. • Help keep our ATM network running at its best! Coordinate ATM installations, upgrades, de-installations, maintenance, and ongoing operational activities to ensure maximum uptime, availability, and service continuity across our ATM fleet.
• Be the go-to problem solver! Monitor ATM performance, troubleshoot operational issues, identify trends, and partner with internal teams and vendors to quickly resolve problems and improve reliability.
• Drive operational excellence! Support daily ATM operations including cash management, balancing, settlement activities, service call coordination, maintenance tracking, and audit support to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Partner across the organization! Work closely with Accounting, Information Technology, Branch Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to support ATM initiatives, projects, and strategic objectives.
• Support member access and experience! Help ensure ATMs remain operational, well-maintained, properly branded, and compliant so members can enjoy convenient and reliable self-service banking solutions.
• Make an impact behind the scenes! Maintain operational documentation, support process improvements, coordinate system updates and deployments, and contribute to the ongoing success of Mission Fed's ATM and Card Services programs.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, electronic payments, ATM operations, card services, or a related operational environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal business partners to resolve operational issues and support projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and follow through to resolution.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, maintenance activities, or operational processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Symitar, STAR Station, ATM processing platforms, or card services systems is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally as needed to support ATM-related activities.
• Someone who enjoys collaborating with others, building relationships, solving problems, and continuously improving processes and services.
