Job Description - Cardiac Device Specialist - USFTGP (240002HS) Job Description Cardiac Device Specialist - USFTGP - ( 240002HS ) Description Job Description: Assists physician and staff with the daily coordination of patient care to facilitate efficient patient flow and physician access. Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians. Serves as primary support for physicians in clinic. Performs Pacemaker and Device Interrogations and adjust device settings under direct supervision of cardiology in clinic. Responsible for Pacemaker/Device, Holter, Event Monitor, 12-lead ECG set-up, monitoring and reporting. Maintains precise templates and database of all information for monitors and devices. Additional duties include appointment scheduling, scheduling of diagnostic testing and medical record management. Qualifications Qualifications: Graduate from an Accredited Arrhythmia Technology BLS/AED, CPR, ACLS, IBHER certified. Graduate from an Accredited Arrhythmia Technology Program or 5 years device specialist experience Prior PaceArt experience Primary Location : Tampa Work Locations : University Professional Center 3500 E.
