About Nox Health
Simply put, we believe in the power of sleep.
As sleep health champions, we want more and more people to wake up to a brighter day every day. And, we are making daily progress, as we help more organizations see sleep as transformational and a foundational pillar of health. We strive to give more access to the technology and care they need to lead fuller lives.
Our depth of knowledge in the science of sleep gives us a unique perspective on sleep as a critical intervention strategy in chronic disease. We help people see the right problem and the right way forward, elevating not just our solutions but also advancing the field of sleep medicine.
Our vision is to work with our partners — employers, health systems, health plans, government agencies, provider groups and others committed to transforming care — to expand sleep health care to where it is needed, so it can take its rightful place in the healthcare ecosystem.
About the role

This role provides personalized education, coaching, and ongoing support to help patients become comfortable with their Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy, overcome treatment challenges, and achieve long-term success.
This is a proactive, relationship-focused role where you will independently manage an assigned caseload, monitor therapy adherence, and help patients meet insurance compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, compassionate, and organized, with the ability to build meaningful patient relationships while meeting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

- Educate patients on proper PAP equipment use, maintenance, and troubleshooting to improve comfort and treatment success.
- Build strong patient relationships through active listening, motivational interviewing, and personalized coaching to overcome barriers to therapy.
- Monitor PAP therapy adherence, identify patients at risk of noncompliance, and provide timely interventions to help meet insurance requirements.
- Independently prioritize patient outreach, follow-ups, and daily responsibilities while maintaining a high level of patient care.
- Manage a high volume of patient interactions while meeting established KPIs related to productivity, patient engagement, and therapy compliance.
- Accurately document patient interactions, treatment progress, and follow-up activities within the KOEO platform.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, clinical experience, or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of PAP therapy, equipment use, and common troubleshooting techniques; sleep medicine experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate, motivate, and build trust with patients.
- Self-motivated and independent, with strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and accurately document information while speaking with patients.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Experience with motivational interviewing, patient coaching, or care management preferred.
- Ability to maintain a dedicated, private, and quiet workspace to ensure patient confidentiality and conduct professional, uninterrupted patient conversations.
