Salary: PKR 80,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Career Coach & Resume Specialist to support professionals in improving their career positioning and job search, particularly for the UAE/GCC market.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English writing and communication skills, strong knowledge of ATS-friendly CVs, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and practical job-search strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, rewrite, and optimize professional ATS-friendly CVs/resumes across different industries and seniority levels.
• Conduct one-to-one consultations to understand candidates' experience, achievements, skills, and career goals.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles including headline, About section, experience, skills, keywords, and overall positioning.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback on answers, communication, confidence, and presentation.
• Guide candidates on effective job-search strategies, particularly for UAE/GCC opportunities.
• Help candidates identify suitable job titles, industries, companies, and application channels.
• Advise candidates on LinkedIn networking, recruiter outreach, applications, and follow-up strategies.
• Tailor CVs and profiles according to specific job descriptions and target roles.
• Maintain high-quality, professional, and personalized service for every client.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in resume writing, career coaching, recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of ATS-friendly resume writing and keyword optimization.
• Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn profile optimization and personal branding.
• Ability to conduct professional mock interviews and career consultations.
• Good understanding of modern recruitment and job-search practices.
• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC job market is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Experience supporting professionals from different industries and career levels is preferred.

Strong Advantage

Candidates with previous experience as a Recruiter, Career Coach, Resume Writer, LinkedIn Specialist, or Talent Acquisition professional will be preferred.
