By delivering innovative crop protection solutions and digital farming tools, we help millions of growers make better use of limited agricultural resources Regional Campaign Execution: Coordinate and launch multi-channel digital marketing organic and paid campaigns tailored to localized grower and B2B segments across the AMEA territory. Performance Marketing (PMax): Set up and optimize or guide the countries on Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, managing audience signals, bidding structures, and localization frameworks. Social Media & Listening: Oversee regional social publishing, community engagement, and brand reputation monitoring using Emplifi . CRM & Lead Lifecycle: Co-creating journeys applicable to the intent of the campaign with countries with the appropriate marketing channel mix leveraging Syngenta MarTech tools. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Extract data and compile regional performance reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor web traffic, behavior, and campaign attribution. AI Tool Integration: Utilize Syngenta MarTech tools and AI suite to accelerate workflow efficiency and localize asset production at scale. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all cross-border digital content strictly complies with Syngenta's Global Code of Conduct and local advertising laws across target countries Experience: 3–5 years of progressive digital marketing or campaign management experience, ideally operating across multi-country setups. Technical Proficiency: Prior hands-on configuration experience with GA4 , Emplifi , Data Analysis , Meta Campaigns and Google PMax is highly beneficial. AI Literacy: Comfort with integrating generative AI tools into daily marketing workflows (copy creation, image asset variation, reporting automation). Communication: Flawless professional English proficiency; capability to navigate and align stakeholders across varied time zones and cultures Remote Setup: Located in Pakistan with a stable, high-speed remote workspace infrastructure and reliable internet bandwidth.
