Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced for experienced Career & Technical Education (CTE) Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. What you'll do: Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's career pathway, technical skill level, and unique learning profile. Create structured lesson plans that align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials. Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting, bringing real-world industry context into the virtual classroom. Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, schools, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness. Requirements Bachelor's degree required Experience working with students who have education needs Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online Ability to pass a background check Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace Preferred (not required): Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Flexible schedule — work when you want 100% remote Set your own hourly rate Consistent flow of students matched to your expertise Opportunity to make a real difference for students who need it most
