What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you’ll provide compassionate support that helps seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily activities
Offering medication reminders and observing changes in condition
Engaging clients in enjoyable activities like reading, puzzles, walks, and hobbies
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Active California Home Health Aide (HHA) registration
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
