Caregiver Recruiter – U.S. Home Care Agency

Schedule: Full-time, with working hours that overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone

SRK Care at Home is seeking an experienced Caregiver Recruiter based in Pakistan to help us hire caregivers for our home care services in the United States. We’re looking for someone who understands caregiver recruiting, can communicate confidently with U.S. candidates, and knows how to keep a hiring process moving from first contact through onboarding.

Experience recruiting caregivers from Pakistan for U.S. opportunities is welcome. All candidates must meet the applicable requirements to work in the United States; this position does not promise visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Source caregivers and other home care candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Screen applicants by phone or video for experience, availability, location, communication skills, and interest in the role.

• Schedule interviews with our U.S. team and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Check references and help coordinate certification verification, background checks, and onboarding documents.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on open positions and recruiting progress.

• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future caregiver openings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably hiring caregivers or other healthcare staff for U.S. employers.

• Experience communicating with U.S. candidates and working across time zones.

• Strong spoken and written English.

• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and virtual interviews.

• Strong organization, follow-up, and candidate relationship skills.

• Understanding of U.S. caregiver hiring requirements is preferred.
