Caregiver Recruiting Coordinator | Remote | South Africa | EST Times

Safhire connects talented South African professionals with remote roles supporting US-based businesses. We are hiring a full-time Caregiver Recruiting Coordinator to support a US home care agency by managing incoming caregiver applications and turning them into qualified, engaged candidates ready for onboarding. This is a phone-heavy role for someone who enjoys talking to people, can build rapport quickly, and knows how to guide a conversation toward a clear next step. If you have strong phone skills, a warm and persuasive personality, and experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Review caregiver applications received through Indeed and other online job platforms
• Contact applicants by phone and conduct initial screening calls
• Assess whether applicants are suitable for caregiver work and have availability to take on cases
• Explain the caregiver position and walk applicants through what the onboarding process involves
• Use customer-service and sales skills to encourage qualified applicants to move forward with the agency
• Enter qualified and interested applicants into Salesforce accurately
• Hand applicants off to the onboarding team for the remainder of the process
• Keep follow-up organized across a high volume of applicants

What we're looking for:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• A warm, engaging, and confident phone manner
• Strong customer-service skills and persuasive sales ability
• Good judgment when screening applicants
• Ability to explain a process clearly and simply
• Highly organized with consistent follow-up habits
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and applicants
• Experience with Salesforce, Indeed, or other job platforms is an advantage
• Previous experience in recruitment, call center, sales, or healthcare staffing is a plus
• Available full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Available to start immediately
