2. About the Opportunity:

The Case Manager role is dedicated to working directly with children and families to promote safe, thriving home environments. This position is responsible for teaching key skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, and conflict resolution, while collaborating with a team to plan and advocate for improved quality of life for clients. The role is vital in supporting family stability and child development through targeted interventions and resources.

3. Responsibilities:

• Work with children and families to promote safe and thriving home environments
• Teach skills including emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication
• Collaborate with team members to access, plan, and advocate for client needs
• Connect families with appropriate community resources

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field
• Experience working with children and families
• Residency in the state of Kansas
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Completion of Predictive Index assessment

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Average hourly rate is $25.27, including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential
