Permanent; Monday – Friday
Start Date; 1st January 2027
About Us
Red Kite Lending is an innovative, fast-growing property finance lender offering flexible, tailored solutions to property investors and developers. We specialise in a wide range of finance products, from complex refurbishment facilities to straightforward bridging loans for auction purchases. Our funding comes from a mix of private capital and institutional bank partners.
We’re a growing, entrepreneurial team on a mission to reshape the property finance landscape. If you're looking for a dynamic, hands-on environment where your contributions truly make a difference, this is the place for you.
The Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Case Manager to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Relationship Directors to support the origination, execution, and management of investment property loans. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to every stage of the lending process, from speaking directly with our intermediary and legal partners to structuring lending opportunities and preparing credit write-ups.
This is not just a job—it’s a career path. With direct access to our executive team and founders, you'll have the chance to progress your career within an ambitious business. Whether you’re looking to expand your skill set or begin your career in property lending, we’re committed to giving meaningful responsibility from an early stage, whilst working closely with experienced team members to support your career development.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of an exciting, early-stage property finance lender with huge potential.
- Work in a culture where your hard work and contributions are truly recognised and rewarded.
- Thrive in an innovative and collaborative environment.
- Solve complex challenges and help us continually improve and streamline our processes.
- Work closely with senior leaders and founders, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to a variety of business functions.
- Follow a clear development pathway, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as your skills and experience grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination of new business by assisting with structuring, pricing, and issuing terms, ensuring a flexible and transparent approach to client service.
- Collaborate with Relationship Directors to manage loans from legals through to completion, with an opportunity to learn how to review legal documents.
- Review third-party valuations and contribute to writing concise credit papers.
- Monitor loans throughout their lifecycle, reviewing ongoing monitoring reports.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with introducers and other professional partners, including supporting meetings, industry events and other relationship-building activities.
Requirements
- You’ll have a “can-do” attitude, be proactive, and as your experience develops, be comfortable taking increasing ownership of responsibilities.
- You’ll have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working with numbers.
- You’ll be organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- You’re curious and eager to develop professionally.
- You’ll be a confident communicator.
- You’ll have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Experience
- Open to candidates who are graduates and have a genuine interest in learning.
- Helpful but not essential to have 1-3 years' experience in a bank, building society, independent lender, broker, or property-adjacent role (i.e. estate agency or surveying).
- We recognise that great candidates come from different backgrounds, so if you're interested in finance and think your skills could transfer well, we'd encourage you to apply.
The Perks
- £33,000 salary
- Discretionary annual bonus
- 25 days' holiday per year
- Workplace pension
- Opportunities for professional qualifications and training support.
- Hybrid working, typically 3 days in the office.
- Structured development to learn the full lifecycle of property finance.
Timetable
- In person interviews 5th and 10th November
- Start date 1st January 2027
If you’re ready to be part of something exciting and take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
