Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage cases from intake through settlement for a U.S. law firm. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys while keeping cases moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking clients
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, liens, and other case documents
• Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with providers and insurance companies
• Prepare and organize documentation for demand packages
• Track case deadlines and maintain accurate case notes in the case management system
• Provide regular case updates and escalate legal issues to attorneys when necessary

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager at a U.S. law firm
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required
• Must have experience working in the U.S. (Florida and/or California)
• Strong knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle
• Experience working with medical records, billing, liens, and insurance claims
• Proficiency with case management software (Filevine, Clio, Litify, SmartAdvocate, Needles, or similar)
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple cases
