Case Manager — Personal Injury About the Role

We are looking for a detail-obsessed Personal Injury Case Manager to own the day-to-day handling of client files from intake through settlement. You will be the person who keeps every case moving — building and organising files, chasing records, tracking medical treatment and deductions, and making sure nothing slips through.

This is a hands-on role inside a fast-moving practice. We use AI tools across the business to cut admin time, so we want someone who is comfortable adopting them — and who is also happy to help us show up online by handling social media posting and management.

What You'll Do

Case Management

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from open to close, keeping each one on schedule
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and providers
  • Track deadlines, treatment status, and case milestones, and flag anything at risk
  • Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy, settlement demand prep, and file reviews

File Building & Organisation

  • Build, assemble, and maintain complete case files and binders — medical records, bills, police reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure every file is complete, correctly named, and audit-ready at all times
  • Review, index, and file incoming records and correspondence accurately

Medical Records & Deductions

  • Request, follow up on, and review medical records and billing
  • Maintain accurate medical specials and deduction logs, reconciling bills, liens, and provider balances
  • Summarise medical notes and treatment history into clear, usable timelines for attorney review
  • Verify final deduction figures and supporting documentation before settlement distribution

Social Media

  • Post and manage content across our social channels
  • Keep a simple posting calendar and a consistent, professional voice
  • Coordinate with the team on content ideas, client-safe messaging, and compliance

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in personal injury case management (required)
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing case files, from intake through settlement
  • Working knowledge of medical records, medical billing, deductions, and lien resolution
  • Strong written communication — you can turn messy medical notes into a clear summary
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, comfortable juggling multiple files at once
  • Confident with technology and genuinely open to using AI tools in daily work
  • Willing and able to handle social media posting and account management
  • Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive client and medical information

Schedule and set up

  • Full-time position with a consistent schedule Monday - Friday
  • Remote work
  • Must have own computer and reliable internet
