About Treasury Team, also in charge of Credit management and Insurance:
Front Office (Italy): Responsible for strategic treasury activities, including the management of banking relationships, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of compliance, internal controls, and process integrity. The Front Office also serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external partners.
Middle Office (Turkey): Provides essential support to treasury operations, with a focus on control and coordination activities, including payment oversight and cash flow management processes.
Back Office (China): Handles core operational activities, including payment processing and data management, ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in daily operations.

This international structure fosters a collaborative and professional environment, promotes cross-cultural communication, and offers valuable exposure to global treasury practices within a multicultural setting.

What you will do

We are seeking an experienced Cash Flow and Working Capital Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in cash forecasting, working capital KPIs, business plan setup/update and balance sheet analysis. The ideal candidate will combine strong reporting expertise with proven project management capabilities, also leading projects of automatization and digitization in that area. The person will join the organization in a really interesting phase of Finance Transformation 2.0, early AI adoption, digitization of the whole reporting function leveraging on Oracle EPM9 tool and also with the need to structure a process of periodical business plan review (also for impairment reasons), as well as MBO cash driven setup, with an entire organization that is pushing hard to enhance the cash conversion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize the implementation of the cash flow forecast project in Oracle EPM9, including UAT and final project sign off
  • Implementation of a native AI tool within Oracle EPM9 to integrate SAP AR and AP flows and build a more reliable short term cash flow
  • Monthly routine of releasing a rolling 3-months forecast within Oracle EPM9, plus pre-closing refresh, including ITCY payments coordination with the China headquarters
  • Treasury related reports: NFP, factoring, guarantees, financial lines, bank account balances
  • Credit related reports: ageing analysis, overdue, payment terms, deductions, insurance coverage
  • Working capital related reports: inventory / AP / AR, mainly DSO and DIO, including MBO link and calculations
  • Accounting related reports for the submission of reporting package to China headquarters, linked to financing, guarantees, factoring, FX and bank balances
  • Periodic update of a business plan for impairment and external investors, including interviewing key stakeholder to refresh the model and preparation of supporting slides
  • Support for monthly closures including support in preparing the management handbook with all the deep dives on company results

What you need to succeed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Controlling or Cash Flow or FP&A departments, covering tasks related to Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Working Capital mainly
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end treasury projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of reporting and strategic processes, including cash management, liquidity structures, and financial risk management.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM9 or equivalent tool
  • Knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.


PAY TRANSPARENCY

Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time

National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati

Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 45.000

The position includes access to an individual or collective variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs); alternatively, any additional variable compensation components or benefits will be governed by the applicable company policies.
