ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Casino Specialist to join our team in Malta. Reporting directly to the Casino Manager, you will sit at the intersection of product operations, commercial strategy, and provider management.

In this role, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations across assigned markets and brands. Your focus will be keeping our lobbies fresh and commercially optimized, coordinating game releases, troubleshooting operational issues, and partnering with game providers to secure promotional budgets and exclusive games. This is an ideal position for someone with solid gaming product experience who enjoys autonomy, works well under pressure, and wants to make an immediate impact on our core casino performance.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Managing daily casino operations across assigned markets, ensuring seamless game launches and optimal lobby positioning.

  • Building strong relationships with game providers to negotiate marketing co-funding, promotional campaigns, and exclusive releases.

  • Monitoring product performance metrics and delivering clear, actionable presentations to commercial cluster teams.

  • Acting as the main point of escalation for operational bugs, digging into root causes, and resolving issues directly with providers.

  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Compliance teams to launch new initiatives smoothly and compliantly.

  • Representing LeoVegas Group at industry conferences and evening partner networking events.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming product operations, casino coordination, or gaming delivery.

  • Strong commercial understanding of casino games, lobby management, and promotional mechanics.

  • Practical experience tracking product KPIs, analyzing performance data, and presenting insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the confidence to prioritize tasks, set clear boundaries, and solve problems independently.

  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, with a genuine interest in building external provider relationships.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Hands-on experience with front-end CMS tools (such as Redstone) or casino back-office platforms.

  • Existing network across top game suppliers, or experience utilizing modern AI tools (e.g. Claude) to optimize daily workflows.
