Job Summary

The Supply & DRP Planner is responsible for developing and executing Supply Planning and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities to ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and support customer demand across the supply chain network. Working closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service teams, the role helps balance service, inventory, and supply objectives while proactively managing supply risks and supporting operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities to support customer demand and business objectives.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory positions, supply constraints, and production capacities to identify risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment activities to maintain targeted service levels and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective execution of supply plans.
• Manage supply and delivery-related inquiries by providing accurate information, timely updates, and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators and highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support S&OE and S&OP processes by providing supply updates, risk assessments, and recovery actions.
• Coordinate supply allocation and inventory prioritization during supply shortages or operational disruptions.
• Identify and support the implementation of process improvement opportunities to enhance planning effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Maintain planning parameters, master data, and system information to support planning accuracy and effectiveness.
• Support compliance and sustainability initiatives within supply chain operations.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in Finished Goods Supply Planning, DRP, or related supply chain planning functions, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, replenishment planning, and distribution processes.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and their impact on business performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as JDE, or Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working within a cross-functional and customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain performance metrics and inventory management practices.
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization principles.
• Understanding of sustainability principles and their application within supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting supply planning activities for the China market, including coordination with local commercial, logistics, manufacturing, and customer service stakeholders, will be an added advantage.
