Are you ready to open a world of opportunity in talent mobility? Our clients include some of the largest and most recognized brands in the world. They’re innovators and leaders in their industries, making life-enhancing breakthroughs every day. We help them tap into those opportunities by placing their exceptional people where they need to be, anywhere in the world. When it comes to service, we set the bar for exceptional … and then we raise it with fresh ideas, leading tools, and innovative approaches, and it’s all grounded in our values of truth, love, and integrity. We call it People-first Mobility. We’re looking for exceptional people who share those values along with our passion for delivering the highest levels of service. If that sounds like you, and if you’re ready for a new career opportunity, we’d like to hear from you! Here’s to the world ahead.
We’re looking for an experienced Catalyst Consultant to provide concierge-level relocation and advisory support to executives, senior leaders and critical talent moving across the globe. You’ll be the single point of trust for high-impact global moves, offering proactive, discreet and personalised guidance that helps leaders stay focused, supported and confident throughout their transition.
Based in London, you’ll also be the UK-based, client-facing representative of Graebel’s Catalyst programme, partnering on-site with a key corporate client’s HR and mobility team as their programme grows, alongside supporting senior and high-profile moves across the UK and EMEA. The role blends deep mobility expertise with an advisory mindset and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted mobility partner for executive-level relocations and assignments.
- Provide confidential, high-touch support focused on executive wellbeing and performance continuity.
- Curate bespoke relocation solutions tailored to both business and personal needs.
- Manage premium vendor relationships with professionalism and care.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, sensitivity and service excellence.
- Be the on-the-ground relationship lead for a major UK client programme, with a regular on-site presence.
- Brief and advise relocating employees and client stakeholders, and contribute to service reviews.
- Turn client insight into improvements, working with our account and operations teams.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience managing senior-level global mobility or international assignments.
- Demonstrable client relationship and stakeholder management experience with corporate HR or mobility teams.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence, confidentiality and cultural awareness.
- Ability to stay calm, solutions-focused and proactive under pressure.
- Confidence presenting in person and representing a business at client sites.
- Ideally, experience in luxury, VIP or concierge-level service and in advising C-suite leaders.
- Right to work in the UK.
What we offer
- The opportunity to shape and deliver a world-class executive mobility programme.
- Direct exposure to global leadership and critical business stakeholders.
- Attractive compensation and benefits.
- A supportive, inclusive culture built on care, trust and partnership.
- The chance to work alongside recognised leaders in global mobility.
Location & working pattern
This is a London-based, hybrid role, working between our London base, home and client sites, with travel to client sites as required.
