Potential eligibility for a separate long-term incentive plan, subject to plan rules
Hybrid working – 1 WFH day per week, with potential additional flexibility
Flexible start and finish times
Subsidised health insurance and free onsite parking
Staff discounts, product allowances and subscription benefits
Annual learning and development budget
Daily breakfast, fruit and snacks
Paid volunteer day, EAP, annual flu shots and team social activities
Opportunities for performance-based salary reviews and internal progression
Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
Imagine being the person deciding which trading card releases, tabletop games, model kits and must-have collectibles make it into the range – and having the commercial ownership to back those decisions.
You'll take the lead on an established Hobbies & Collectibles portfolio, shaping the product strategy, building relationships with specialist suppliers and staying ahead of the releases, trends and communities that drive demand.
But this isn't just about knowing your Pokémon from your Warhammer. You'll own the numbers too – driving revenue, margins, stock performance and profitability, while making smart decisions about where to invest and when to move.
It's a great opportunity for someone who loves the category but also gets a genuine buzz from negotiating a great deal, spotting a commercial opportunity and seeing their strategy deliver results.
