We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead and shape Jellycat’s global Exclusives product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Category Management, you will define the long-term strategy, framework and roadmap for Exclusive products, ensuring every launch delivers meaningful brand impact, fan engagement and commercial success. Working closely with Design, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations and regional teams, you will translate global brand and business priorities into compelling product opportunities and market-leading exclusive collections. You'll be; Owning the global strategy, framework and roadmap for Jellycat’s Exclusive product portfolio. Defining the role of Exclusives within the wider product range, ensuring clear purpose, differentiation and value. Building and optimising a portfolio that balances brand objectives, consumer demand and commercial performance. Identifying and prioritising new product opportunities across markets, channels, customer partnerships and activations. Leading products through the full lifecycle, from opportunity identification and briefing through to launch and ongoing management. Partnering with Design, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to deliver successful product strategies and launches. Developing decision-making frameworks and processes that support consistent and effective delivery of Exclusive products. Using consumer, customer, market and performance insights to refine portfolio strategy and identify growth opportunities. Working with regional and pricing teams to ensure products are appropriately positioned and priced within their markets. Ensuring every Exclusive product strengthens the Jellycat brand, delights fans and contributes commercial value. You'll have; 5+ years’ experience in category management within luxury consumer goods. Experience working with premium or luxury brands sold through high-end retail environments. A strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning with delivery and execution. Experience developing product strategies, portfolios and category roadmaps. Strong understanding of pricing, market positioning and competitive dynamics. Experience using market, consumer and performance insights to drive decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams. A results-focused approach with experience delivering commercial growth and portfolio success. A customer-centric outlook and the ability to translate consumer needs into successful product opportunities. Experience working across global markets and understanding regional consumer and retail dynamics.
