•Document technical designs and share knowledge to build AI literacy within the broader team
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you're a curious and hands-on AI practitioner with strong programming skills, a solid foundation in machine learning, and the drive to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. We'd also imagine that you are/have:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
•1–3 years of experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions in a professional environment.
•Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
•Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including prompt design, structured information extraction, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
•Experience integrating solutions through APIs and working with structured and unstructured data.
It's a plus if you also have:
•Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar AI and automation platforms is an advantage.
•Experience with ERP or CRM systems, preferably SAP.
Why you'll love working here
Day to day, you can look forward to:
•A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
•Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
•Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering.
•On-demand training and structured development programmes to support your growth.
Valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds. As part of our commitment to a safe and compliant hiring process, final candidates may be required to undergo a background check, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
