At Erborian, every story begins with skin.

Not perfect skin. Real skin. Your skin.

As a Korean skincare brand experiencing strong global growth, we leverage the power of Korean skincare to boost both skin and self-esteem.

But before our products reach your hands, your skin, and help boost your self-esteem, it’s the people behind Erborian who make the difference.

Talents from all disciplines and across the world who think, organize, challenge each other, and ultimately bring Erborian’s vision to life.

Because at Erborian, we are proving that beauty isn't just skin deep.

It's about feeling good inside and out.

It's about celebrating the power of you, as much as the power of we.

And just like every formula is a balance of the right ingredients,

Building Erborian is also about bringing together the right people.

Curious minds.

Bold thinkers.

Authentic voices.

Self-Esteem Advocates.

So if you’re reading this, maybe you’re the next ingredient to our story.

Because every Erborian product is made of many things:

a little bit of Seoul, a lot of passion & expertise,

and maybe soon, a little bit of you.

Objective and Scope

The objective of this role is to drive the execution of our ambitious 3-year recruitment plan and secure our capacity to quickly hire high-quality talent in a high-growth context. You will be responsible for driving TA excellence across Europe and globally, ensuring our recruitment capabilities seamlessly scale alongside Erborian's rapid expansion.

Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will take ownership of the established recruitment framework, translate it into local action plans, manage workforce planning, and lead a small recruitment team. Because this role actively coordinates hiring across multiple global regions, a background in international talent acquisition are required.

Current Context

While recruitment in France is highly structured, our international footprint is expanding rapidly. Currently, international recruitments are driven independently by local hiring managers. Your core mission will be to partner with these international stakeholders, bring structure to our global markets, and build a unified, scalable international recruitment framework to sustain our growth.

This is an execution-focused role with a strategic eye for process optimization, team management, and hands-on delivery ("doer"), built around managing international growth and scaling up operations.

Main Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Driving TA Excellence

  • Lead and develop a small talent acquisition team (internal and RPO resources), setting clear performance standards and ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency.

  • Drive TA excellence across Europe and globally by bringing structure, professionalism, and consistency to our international hiring practices.

  • Deliver the multi-year scale-up plan, successfully absorbing a significant increase in international volume, with the majority of future hires located outside of France.

  • Adapt and roll out sourcing frameworks across different countries, managing relationships with external partners (recruitment agencies, RPOs, independent consultants).

  • Directly manage full-cycle recruitment for strategic and critical positions.

2. Workforce Planning & International Stakeholder Management

  • Manage global workforce planning, aligning hiring pipelines with business forecasts, budget constraints, and department timelines across all countries.

  • Partner closely with international hiring managers, guiding their recruitment decisions, navigating local market specificities, and smoothing out onboarding schedules.

Profile & Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record managing recruitment across multiple countries.

  • Background in direct sourcing or proactive candidate mapping (either agency/executive search or in-house) is a strong plus.

  • Language Skills: professional working proficiency in English and French is mandatory, and other European languages is a strong asset.

  • Management: Experience leading or supervising a small team or managing external RPO/agency partners.

  • Skills: Strong grip on workforce planning, the strategic mindset needed to optimize scaling processes, and excellent stakeholder management across different cultures. Agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and scale with the business.

A travers nos valeurs et nos initiatives, notamment le Erborian Self-Esteem Club, nous agissons pour promouvoir l'estime de soi, l’inclusion et le bien-être mental.
