What You Will Do 

• Be part of a team that wins new CEI contracts with FDOT, counties, and cities.

• Build client relationships and lead proposals.

• Manage CEI teams on contract administration, estimates, EEO compliance, and changes.

• Lead and mentor Project Administrators, Inspectors, and Contract Support Specialists.

• Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and FDOT compliant.

Required Qualifications 

• 10+ years of CEI experience, including 5+ on FDOT road or bridge projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Florida

• Proven business development and proposal success.

• CTQP Final Estimates Level II. 

• CTQP Quality Control Manager. 

• FDOT Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Experience 

• Civil engineering degree.

• Existing FDOT District 3 client relationships.

Location and Travel 

Assigned to the Tallahassee or Panama City, FL area, supported by our Jacksonville office. Field, office, and client-facing work. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
