We are looking for a friendly, personable, and detail-oriented CentralReach Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using CentralReach who enjoys working with people, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) business.
The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating CentralReach independently, completing administrative tasks accurately, and communicating professionally with families and internal team members. Strong English communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- CentralReach Management: Navigate CentralReach confidently to complete assigned administrative tasks and maintain accurate client records.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure information is entered correctly, records are kept up to date, and errors or discrepancies are identified and reported promptly.
- Family Communication: Communicate with families in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner, providing administrative support as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and relevant staff members to support daily operations and ensure information is communicated clearly.
- Workflow Management: Follow established procedures, complete assigned tasks within expected timeframes, and maintain consistent follow-through.
- Confidentiality and Privacy: Protect sensitive client information and follow all company privacy, confidentiality, and data-handling procedures.
- Issue Reporting: Escalate unresolved issues, system errors, or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as required to support the team's operational needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on CentralReach experience is essential.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with families and colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data and records.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage assigned tasks and follow established workflows.
- A friendly, approachable, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client information.
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate concerns.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience supporting an ABA therapy provider, behavioural health organisation, or healthcare business.
- Experience with clinical or client record management, healthcare administration, or similar documentation processes.
- Familiarity with administrative workflows involving families, clinical teams, and client information.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines practical CentralReach knowledge with excellent people skills. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, dependable, and proactive, with a genuine commitment to maintaining accurate records and providing a positive experience for families and colleagues.
Candidates should be able to explain which CentralReach functions they have used independently and demonstrate a clear understanding of the administrative responsibilities they have handled.
Please note: Direct CentralReach experience and strong English communication skills are non-negotiable for this position.

The client's exact responsibilities, working hours, reporting structure, and training expectations will be confirmed during the finalisation of the role.
