Schedule medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments by assessing service type, provider, urgency, and appointment details. Collect and verify patient demographic, identity, insurance, and other required information; provide instructions such as fasting or documentation needs. Manage scheduling tasks, including referrals, rescheduling due to provider changes, and outreach to patients from reports or staff requests. Maintain a professional and organized workstation while supporting additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Required: Bilingual High School Diploma or GED 1-year computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Email Knowledge of medical terminology Why Join CommWell Health?
