As a Centralized Wealth Management Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact and strategic guide for Citadel Wealth Management’s fastest-growing client segment - the Mass Market client. This role is considered your 1st step to develop as a Financial Advisor within the firm. You will deliver high-touch support to clients while proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and providing introductions to Partners within the firm. This position seamlessly blends service excellence with early-career advisory development, allowing you to manage a centralized, pooled book of business, qualify inbound leads, and educate clients on comprehensive financial tools.

What You'll Do:

- Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for Mass Market clients.
- Portfolio Management: Efficiently service and nurture a centralized, pooled book of business.
- Virtual Engagement: Conduct comprehensive client appointments via phone and secure digital channels.
- Identify Opportunities through Service
- Account Review: Audit the centralized book to detect shifts in client financial status or long-term needs.
- Pipeline Development: Surface sophisticated planning, asset gathering, and investment opportunities.
- Lead Conversion: Qualify and convert inbound leads while executing targeted nurturing campaigns.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of successful experience in financial services, wealth management, or premium client service.
- Required Licensing: Current Series 6, 63, and Pennsylvania Health/Life/Variable Insurance licenses.
- Preferred Licensing: Series 7 and 65/66 (or the commitment to obtain them within 6 months of hire).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and CRM-driven follow-up capabilities.
