Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a flexible strategic plan that adapts to the dynamic web3 environment. Operational Oversight: Guide all operations towards fulfilling short-term and long-term objectives consistently. Stakeholder Management: Forge strong relationships with investors, developers, partners, and the web3 community. Fundraising & Financial Management: Secure funding to fuel our vision and allocate resources for sustainable growth. Team Building & Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Product Oversight: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to keep the protocol ahead of industry trends. Marketing & Public Relations: Be the face of the company, representing us at conferences and in media interactions. Risk Management: Identify and address potential challenges to ensure smooth protocol operations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive role, preferably in blockchain, web3, or technology sectors. Profound understanding of blockchain, web3 principles, and cross-chain interactions. Demonstrated ability to make and execute strategic decisions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Successful track record in team leadership and building. Strong experience in fundraising and financial management.
