Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend coverage) Location: Lake County, MT As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential hands-on support and personal care to clients in their homes. Under the direction of nursing staff and a client’s individualized plan of care, you will assist with daily living activities, promote comfort and safety, and help clients maintain independence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Travel to client homes in varying weather conditions to provide scheduled care Assist clients with personal care tasks such as: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Skin, mouth, and hair care Bowel and bladder routines, incontinence care Support clients with mobility, ambulation, and prescribed exercises Assist with nutrition planning, meal preparation, and feeding Perform grocery shopping and essential household tasks Monitor and report changes in client condition or environment Provide medication reminders (not administration) Document care accurately and promptly using agency systems Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Current CNA certification Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and appropriate auto insurance Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and follow a plan of care Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered service Ready to join a team committed to excellence?
