Job Description This is a remote position. Job Title: CNA Caregiver Location: Dripping Springs, TX Pay Rate: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Opportunity Symbiotic Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for clients in the Dripping Springs area. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for candidates who are passionate about improving quality of life through attentive, respectful care. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisors Provide companionship and emotional support Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and transportation Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans Deliver reliable, respectful, and client-centered care Requirements Active CNA license in the state of Texas CPR/First Aid certification Clear background check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience Fluent in English Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to pick up additional shifts Previous caregiver experience (home health, hospice, or facility-based) preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of CNA training program preferred Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus Knowledge of client rights and commitment to maintaining dignity and privacy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic meal preparation skills What Symbiotic Services Offers Competitive hourly pay Supportive management and ongoing training Meaningful, rewarding work environment Collaborative culture that values caregivers Schedule Availability Day shift (required) Night and overnight shifts (preferred) Work Setting In-person care within client homes in Dripping Springs, TX Symbiotic Services is actively hiring qualified candidates ready to make a positive impact through compassionate care.
