Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health Per Diem (PRN) 📍 West Valley, Arizona Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Home Health team serving the West Valley. As a Home Health CNA, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes while working alongside RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to support individualized plans of care. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfer assistance Support patient care under the Home Health plan of care Monitor and report changes in patient condition Promote patient safety and comfort in the home setting Communicate effectively with RN Case Managers and clinical leadership Follow infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Active Arizona CNA license Valid driver's license and auto insurance CPR or BLS certification Current TB documentation (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years) Home Health experience preferred but not required Benefits Flexible schedule 401(k) Dental insurance Life insurance Job Type: Per Diem (PRN) Work Location: On the road – West Valley, AZ Join Billet Health and help deliver compassionate, patient-centered care where it matters most—at home.
