Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Certified Reverse Recruiter based in Vietnam. The role focuses on supporting job seekers by identifying suitable opportunities, tailoring their resume and positioning their Linkedin profiles effectively. Daily tasks include reviewing candidate resumes and online profiles, conducting market and role research, and mapping candidate skills to appropriate openings.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate research, resume review, and Linkedin profile optimization, with the ability to align individual experience to specific job requirements.
• Experience in outreach and communication, including writing professional emails, coordinating with recruiters or hiring managers, and managing candidate expectations.
• Ability to use online platforms and tools for job searches, networking, and data tracking, including job boards, professional networks, and CRM or applicant tracking systems and AI such as Claude.
• Certified Recruiter or similar certification is preferred, along with prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or career coaching.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills relevant to Vietnam or regional markets are an advantage.
